Carry is the share of profits from the investment at the time of exit that is charged by Tyke and shared with the partner AIF. To illustrate, if the carry defined is 10% and the total profit at the time of exit from the investment is INR 1 Crore, then the carry applicable will be INR 10 Lakhs and the remaining profit of INR 90 Lakhs will be shared with the investors in the proportion of their investments
